Arnold Benoot* (1977) joined Saffelberg Investments NV in 2010 and acts as General Counsel. He leads all legal aspects of the group’s investment activities, with a strong focus on M&A transactions, deal structuring, and negotiations.

He is closely involved in the execution of investments from origination to exit, including due diligence, transaction documentation, financing structures, and portfolio governance.

​

Before joining Saffelberg, Arnold held legal roles at Dolmen Computer Applications (now RealDolmen) and served as Head of Legal at NorthgateArinso (EMEA & US).

​

He holds an LL.M. from KU Leuven (2000) and a postgraduate diploma in management from VUB-Solvay (2005).
